Founded in 2010 in Türkiye, Emsolt quickly established itself as a key player in the renewable energy sector. The successful development and completion of 100 MWp of projects provided a solid foundation for global expansion.

By 2017, Emsolt emerged as a pioneer in Ukraine’s renewable energy landscape. A commitment to sustainable energy led to a 150 MWp project pipeline. Four solar power plants totaling 63 MWp were completed, representing a $50 million investment, with Emsolt retaining ownership in two plants, now operating at 31 MWp.

In 2020, Emsolt expanded into Italy, securing a 177 MWp project pipeline and completing transactions for 114 MWp, sold to partner Defic Globe. Ongoing development of two projects totaling 63 MWp continues to strengthen the company’s position in the Italian market.

The Romanian market was entered in 2021, where Emsolt built a 652 MWp pipeline and completed 366 MWp in transactions. The current focus includes 18 ongoing projects, totaling 348 MWp, with plans to add another 300 MWp, further solidifying a commitment to renewable energy across Europe.
