Defic Globe, a subsidiary of Emsolt Investments, has completed construction of an 18 MWp capacity project in Caracal, marking a significant milestone in Emsolt Investments’ investments in Romania. The project is now ready for electricity generation.
An opening ceremony for the Caracal Solar Power Plant, the first large-scale Turkish green energy investment in Romania under the Defic Globe brand, is scheduled for September 29th.
The Caracal Solar Energy Plant is set to make a substantial contribution to sustainable energy production, generating an annual output of 26 GWh. Furthermore, it aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by preventing the release of 32.30 tons of CO2, equivalent to the carbon emissions of 165,000 trees.
